Return and Refund Policy

At Studio Bubu, we want you to feel confident in every tiny outfit and accessory you order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

• Returns must be pre-approved. Please email us before sending any items back.

❗Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request clear photos or videos of the issue to process your claim. Upon approval, you may choose:

• A replacement item

• A refund

• Or store credit

We cover shipping costs for replacements of faulty or incorrect items.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, provided:

• The item is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging

• The return postage is paid by the customer

• The return is pre-approved

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will cover the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds cover the product value only unless the item was faulty.

📮 Where to Send Returns

Please do not return items without prior approval.

Once approved, returns should be sent to our designated return address in Australia (provided via email).
